If a Player requests a withdrawal before fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements, dpo777 reserves the right to deduct the full Bonus amount from the Player's balance prior to processing the withdrawal. Any remaining real-money balance after this deduction will be paid out normally.

A bet may be declared void at dpo777's discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds published due to a system error, matches or events cancelled or abandoned without a result being reached, or evidence of market manipulation. Void bets result in the original stake being returned to the Player's Account.

Upon termination of an Account, all pending bets will be settled according to their applicable rules. Any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding Bonuses subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification and provided no funds are subject to investigation under our AML policy.
